Artists of Morality – Episode 55 – Mindset For Success P.3

Hey Tribe! On today’s episode of Artists of Morality, we pick up where we left off on my new course “How To Gain A Mindset For Success”. Meditation is one of those things that falls into the “simple but not easy” category. Unfortunately, many people give up on meditation because they can’t quiet their thoughts, they aren’t sure they are doing it right, or they aren’t getting the results they’d hoped for. Lucky for us there are three different forms of meditation to choose from when dealing with stress and anxiety issues. Tune in as we go over the difference between mindful, guided, and moving meditation.

Enjoy and stay tuned every week for new episodes!

Until next time!

Peace, love, and light.

Artists of Morality – Episode 54 – Mindset For Success P.2

Hey Tribe! On today’s episode of Artists of Morality, I continue previewing part one of my new course “How To Gain A Mindset For Success”. Learning how to cope with stress and anxiety is something many of us struggle with. In order for our minds to be at our healthiest it’s important to adopt a meditation practice. “Worrying does not take away tomorrows troubles. It takes away today’s peace.” ~ Randy Armstrong

Artists of Morality – Episode 53 – Mindset for Success

Hey Tribe! On today’s episode of Artists of Morality, I preview part one of my new course “How To Gain A Mindset For Success”. These last few years I have been working hard on deconditioning myself in search of a more peaceful life. Still on my journey, I have to constantly practice maintaining a healthy mindset.  “No person, no place, and no thing has any power over us, for we are the only thinkers in our mind. When we create peace and harmony and balance in our minds, we will find it in our lives.”  ~ Louise L. Hay

Artists of Morality – Episode 52 – Underestimating

Hey Tribe! On today’s episode of Artists of Morality, we discuss how underestimating ourselves can hold us back from reaching our dreams. It’s pretty much our birth right to be happy and live our lives to the fullest. No matter what our reality may seem like, we must remember that the potential for greatness lives in every single one of us. Dale!

Artists of Morality – Episode 51 – Stress Management

Hey Tribe! On today’s episode of Artists of Morality, we discuss how to manage stress in our day to day lives. One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is that dealing with stress poorly not only affects our own well-being, but it also affects our relationships with others. “Rule number one, don’t sweat the small stuff. Rule number two, it’s all small stuff”-Robert Eliot

Artists of Morality – Episode 50 – Unity

Hey Tribe! On today’s episode of Artists of Morality, we listen to a poem about the power of Unity by Kalie Brum. In a society that profits from our differences, there are many things that can separate us if we let them. We must embrace our diversity rather than fall victim to destruction. Sticking together gives us the strength to survive and enjoy life!

Artists of Morality – Episode 49 – Success

Hey Tribe! On today’s episode of Artists of Morality, we discuss what it means to be successful. As a society the desire for success is often driven by what we don’t have but deeply want such as love, appreciation, recognition, material things, and the power to have influence. We think that achieving success will ease any unnamed discomfort we have when in reality the obsession with success often leads to more stress and a poor quality of life. According to Eckhart Tolle, true success is simple and takes place when the ends and the means of our life are both full of positive energy.

Artists of Morality – Episode 48 – Competition

Hey Tribe! On today’s episode of Artists of Morality, we discuss the illusion of competition and why comparing ourselves to others holds us back from living our happiest life. We are all unique. Learning to appreciate our own individuality can help us feel grateful for what we have and appreciate where we’re going. Life is not a race, but a journey.

Artists of Morality – Episode 47 – Life

Hey Tribe! On today’s episode of Artists of Morality, we discuss what it means to truly live. “Life is not easy for any of us. We must have perseverance and above all confidence in ourselves. We must believe that we are gifted for something and that this thing must be attained. You cannot hope to build a better world without improving the individuals. To that end, each of us must work for his own improvement and, at the same time, share a general responsibility for all humanity.” – Marie Curie

Artists of Morality – Episode 46 – Pain Ends

Hey Tribe! On today’s episode of Artists of Morality, I read an encouraging poem by Katy A. Brown titled “Pain Ends”. Her story inspires us to free ourselves from mental suffering so that we are able to live our best life ever. Although we can’t control everything that happens to us, we can control how we react.
