How To Increase Your Self-Esteem

Objective: To increase your self-esteem by erasing all of the negative thoughts you have about yourself.

Step 1: Make a complete list of all the negative statements you say to yourself and that others have said to you. Write them all down.

Step 2: Using colorful flashcards, Translate each negative statement into a positive affirmation.


I am dumb = I am BRILLIANT

I am broke = I am Rich

I am ugly = I am MORE than just my looks

Step 3: Rip the paper of negative statements to shreds

Step 4: Repeat your flashcard set of positive affirmations at least 3 times a day:

Once when you awake in the morning, at lunch, and before you go to sleep.
